§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.


(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The order takes place in the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the “Order” button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Press the “checkout” button
5) Check out as a guest or log in after registering and entering the login details (email address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the respective data entered.
7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the “order for a fee” or “buy” button

Before the order is bindingly sent, the consumer can go back to the website on which the customer's information is recorded and correct input errors by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser he is using and after checking his details Closing the internet browser will cancel the ordering process. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data by email. Once you have created a customer account and logged in, you can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering apply. The prices stated are final prices, which means they include the applicable German statutory VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs that may arise will be stated separately and will become part of the customer's offer.

(2) Additional costs may apply for deliveries to countries outside the European Union or payments from countries outside the European Union. The customer must bear such costs himself. Costs for the money transfer or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties) come into consideration.

(3) The payment options available to the customer are communicated in the seller's online shop.

(4) If advance payment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date. Otherwise, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

§4 Delivery

(1) Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer within 5-7 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

(2) The customer must ensure that the delivery address is correct. If the goods are sent back to the seller because delivery was not possible due to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipping. Deviating from this, the seller bears the shipping costs if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered and did not announce the delivery within a reasonable time in advance was. The seller bears the costs of the outward shipment if the customer has effectively exercised his right of withdrawal and returns the entire order. The customer bears the return shipping costs.


§5 Retention of title

We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. We recommend returning with a tracking number to have proof of shipment as the buyer is responsible for the return. Please be sure to keep the proof of delivery until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof shows the return date and the receipt number of your return.
After the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that
