SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Handcrafting sometimes takes time, so we allow a production time of 5-7 working days.
 Delivery within Germany with our shipping partner DHL usually takes 1-3 working days.
For all standard shipments with DHL within Germany we charge €4.50 . The shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart and in the order overview. Depending on the order value and destination, these costs may vary. The customer is responsible for all additional costs such as taxes, customs duties, etc.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with our products. If this is not the case, you have the option of sending the package back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that the returned items are in perfect condition. Individual products are non-returnable. This includes all jewelry in the Make Your Own category.
